In order to secure your stay, we have taken the following steps:
- We provide hand disinfectants in the residence
- We provide the possibility of purchasing protective masks at the reception
- We have limited the number of guests in our facility
- We have introduced a ban on unaccompanied people staying in the residence
- We disinfect on an ongoing basis: public toilets, elevators, reception desk, door handles, handrails, handles, frequently touched surfaces
- We have limited the routine cleaning of the rooms during the stay of our Guests, but we can change towels and provide hygiene products upon request
- After each departure of guests, we clean the rooms, disinfect all touch surfaces, equipment (e.g. remote controls), bathrooms and thoroughly ventilated rooms
